Day 1: Phnom Penh – Kompong Thom (L, D)

Welcome to the Kingdom of Wonder!
Upon arrival in Phnom Penh, you will be met our guide and driver transfer directly toKompong Thom the second largest province in Cambodia and It's situated about half-way between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap and thus most travelers will only rush through on there transfer between these to major attractions. You will experience a taste of ‘real’ Cambodia, traveling by ox cart to visit local beauty spots and village homes as well as relaxing at our stunning purpose-built venue, created using raw materials that reflect the beauty of the surrounding area. When arrival in the village, you will have activities and take pony cart to watch Khmer noodles making.

Day 2: Kompong Thom (B, L, D)

Today after breakfast with Khmer cuisine, you will transfer to visit Sambor Prei Kuk a collection of 7th century (600 years before Angkor Wat) temple ruins located in Kampong Thom province about 120km from Siem Reap town. The Hindu temple complex of Sambor Prei Kuk was established in the early 6th century AD at the city of Isanapura, the capital city of the Raja Isanavaram. The site, part of the Chenla Kingdom, includes an area of nearly 1000 acres enclosed by double walls, and over 150 temples and towers; its construction predates Ankgor Wat by several centuries. It is the ruins of the city of Isanapura, the pre- Angkor khmer Kingdom known from Chinese chronicles as Zhendla (Chenla). 
In the late afternoon, return to Khmer village home stay to view sunset over the rice fields of Baray are not to be missed and, with the help of a trusty ox cart, you will be taken to one of the areas best spots for watching the sun go down between the palm trees. A great combination of a gentle ride and some magnificent views!

Day 3: Kompong Thom – Siem Reap (B)

After breakfast at home stay, we will continue our trip to Siem Reap spending around 03 hours and upon arrival check in hotel to store luggage. We will start to visit the Angkor Wat Temple. The architectural master piece was built in the 12^th century, took 30 years to complete and represents the Khmer civilization at its grandest. Covering 81 hectares, it is one of the largest religious monuments ever built. Angkor Wat (the biggest Hindu temple in the world and the one of the largest religious monument in the world, built in between the 9th – 13th century, its general view are five ancients towers’ figure that embroidered or printed to the Kingdom of Cambodia’s Flag now. Enjoy the superb view of sunset from Phnom Bakheng hill.

Day 4: Angkor Wat Tour (B)

After breakfast at hotel, we will spend full day discovering the famous Angkor Complex. We enter the South Gate of Angkor Thom Temple and marvel the wonders of the eerie Bayon, the terrace of Elephants and terrace of Leper King. Afterwards, we continue to visitTa Prohm temple, shrouded in jungle and left just it was founded by French explorers in 1850s. 
This afternoon, we will set out for a cruise on beautiful Tonle Sap Lake, passing a floating village and seeing the daily life of local people there. Floating village at Tonle Sap Lake (The Great Lake): place where people is living on the lake, have school, market, and the child sale fruit along the lake. 
Overnight in Siem Reap 

Day 5: Trip Concludes (B)

Enjoy your final day in Cambodia by exploring Siem Reap on your own. Bargain for silk scarves or shadow puppets at Psar Chas, the Old Market, or relax into a wicker chair in a sidewalk café. We will transfer you to the airport for your flight back home, wishing you bon voyage and hoping that you enjoyed your journey with KTR Travel!
